Alice was only seven-years-old when she encountered the White Rabbit on a riverbank and chased after him, eventually falling into his rabbit hole – an extremely deep and dangerous one that traps Alice for some time until finally the White Rabbit escapes in terror. As Alice lay trapped within this rabbit hole she watched its owner flee in terror while watching its creator escape in fear from its depths.

Though perhaps best known for his appearance in fairy tales, the White Rabbit doesn’t represent anything malicious in Lewis Carroll’s 1865 novel Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and its sequel Through the Looking-Glass, where it serves as nonhuman servant to Queen.

Noah Rivera plays the White Rabbit in 2022’s Alice Through the Looking Glass film as an herald-like servant for Queen of Hearts and Alice herself, reflecting her insecure, uncertain perspective of her own place in society. Their primary mission is to introduce Alice to Wonderland realm’s wonders like meeting a talking caterpillar or Cheshire Cat – giving Alice access to all kinds of experiences which help build her confidence.

Disney released “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” on March 27 and it has already garnered mixed reviews from critics. Some lauded its cinematography and CG work while some expressed frustration over its plot. Furthermore, memes and parodies of this film have surfaced across social media networks in its aftermath.

White Rabbit Project, a spinoff of MythBusters, features Kari Byron, Tory Belleci and Grant Imahara as hosts. Each episode sees them investigating different topics ranging from famous heists to WWII weapons before taking viewers through dramatic reenactments of events before crowning one winner each week.

While WHITE RABBIT PROJECT may lack the gung-ho presence of MythBusters’ Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage, it still provides an entertaining and educational show. While its subjects may not be as sensational, but still prompt children and adults to ask how things work – making WHITE RABBIT PROJECT an excellent family show as well as stealth STEM.

The White Rabbit Project airs Tuesday nights at 10 pm on Discovery Channel and can also be found on Amazon Prime, Hulu and Netflix. Check out its trailer below; be sure to follow it on Twitter for updates!
